Due to regional differences, equipment differences, equipment stability, and other external reasons, the actual annual working time of a rock wool production line is 6000-6500 hours, which may be lower in the northern region due to no construction in winter.

First of all: see the stability of the equipment. Under the condition of the stability of raw materials, whether a furnace period can last for about 14 days

Secondly: look at the hourly output, whether a certain amount of rock wool finished products can be produced in an hour, and emphasize that it is rock wool finished products, not slag wool finished products.

20000 tons of production line is 3-3.5 tons of rock wool 

30000 tons of production line, 4-5 tons of rock wool per hour

40000 tons of production line, 5-6 tons of rock wool per hour

 3. Identify partners to help you build your production line

A rock wool production line is more than a simple combination of several equipment,
